I will only write about an App that I use and get lots of value from.
I have been using Hootsuite for about 4 years now. It took me some time to learn how to manage the dashboard, but once I learned how to use this tool, I use it for all of my social media posts and most of my engagement, especially on Twitter.
I use Hootsuite on my Macbook Pro, Ipad and Iphone.
If you are managing multiple Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn profiles and pages I strongly encourage you to create a Hootsuite account and learn how to do the basics.
Once you have an account, download the Mobile App for iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices.
